October 24 Hanover Safe Place will host its annual Candlelight Ceremony in the Brown Campus Center, at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland. The keynote speaker will be Susheela Varky of Virginia Poverty Law Center. The Ceremony will begin at 6:30pm. Hanover Safe Place will honor victims and survivors of domestic violence in this ceremony.
